Our yokes feature advanced surface treatments such as electroless nickel plating and blue Rilsan coating for enhanced corrosion resistance, especially on stub shafts. These components are produced through high-quality casting and forging processes, with major customers across the USA.

In addition to end and pinion yokes, EAL offers premium Slip Yoke and Flange Yoke solutions for a wide range of automotive and industrial applications. Our Slip Yokes deliver precision fitment and long service life, while our Flange Yokes ensure robust, secure connections within driveshaft assemblies—guaranteeing smooth and efficient torque transfer.

Closed-Die Near-Net-Shape Yoke Forging

High-precision closed-die press forging ensures symmetrical ear geometry, dense fibrous grain structure, and minimal machining allowance across flange yokes, slip yokes, and end yokes.

Internal Broaching, Fine Boring & Dynamic Balance

Equipped with high-tonnage vertical broaching for internal involute splines, twin-spindle fine boring for snap-ring and needle-bearing cross holes, and precision face serration milling.

OEM Durability & Global Export Standards

Every driveline forging undergoes dimensional CMM verification, hardness testing, and crack detection to ensure zero-vibration power transmission from the gearbox to the drive axle.
